Surunga (Jhapa),
Nov 8: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bamdev Gautam, has
said that the incumbent government would not change before the promulgation of
the new constitution.
Talking to the
media persons at Bhadrapur Airport today, he said that the disputed issues of
constitution would be finalized through consensus if it was possible,
otherwise, voting would unlock the deadlock.
He further said
that those who obstruct the ongoing constitution drafting process are
autocratic. "The government is
making utmost efforts to navigate the transition well," the DPM added.
Meanwhile,
journalists in the district submitted a memorandum to the DPM, demanding
