Dhangadi,
Nov 15: The Peace Rehabilitation Home, Kailali has rescued three children from
Delhi of India.
Those
rescued include 13-year-old Raje Thapa of Kalikot, 10-year-old Bire Nepali of
Pyuthan and a 14-year-old girl from Dhankuta, according to programme
coordinator of the Home, Basu Bhattarai.
The
girl had reportedly escaped from the house of a man in Chandigarh in India, where
she worked as a domestic help and was abused. She reached local NGOs with the
help of Indian police. She was reportedly reached there by a friend of her brother-in-law.
The
two boys had reached Delhi a year ago in company of their friends. They were
also found involved in hazardous work in the Indian capital.
The
boys are being handed over to their parents but the guardian of the girl are
yet to be identified, said coordinator Bhattarai. RSS
