UML to hold activists' conference

Kathmandu, Dec 22: As the deadline for delivery of the new constitution on January 22 looms closer, the second largest party in the Constituent Assembly, CPN (UML) is set to hold extensive cadres conference across the country on January 2.

The activists' conference is being held at the major cities and all districts with an objective to make the party's stance on constitution's content clear and create an environment conducive to the constitution making process as per the decision of UML Central Secretariat's 11th meeting.

The UML Chairman, senior leader, officials and other leaders will address the cadres' conference, a press statement issued here Monday by the party's General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel has stated. RSS
