Want to be Healthy: Follow and Walk with rule of Nature.



Do we know why days are long in summer and shorts in winter? We can see sun rises around 05:00 am and sets 06:50 pm during summer. Similarly, during winter time is 06:05 am and 05:05 pm. This time frame suggest us that we have to get up early during summer and late during winter. If we follow the certain made by nature then there’s less chance of being unhealthy. So, if you Want to be healthy: Follow and Walk with rule of Nature.

BASIC RULES

We call ourselves smart but our daily lifestyle starts with Phone that is SMART. Nature says get up early, do yoga, exercises keep yourself refresh but what we do we move our hand first rather than our eyes in order to snooze alarm. Once our eyes get open we start to scroll our news feed rather than doing yoga and exercise. Then how can we be healthy? There wasn’t any means of transportation. Walking was the only way to go from here to there. Similarly, Knowingly or unknowingly our ancestors used to get up early and work in the cultivation field. So, both walking and working became their exercise which made them fit and fine.

Our agriculture system uses insecticides and pesticides for more production. Instead of using natural fertilizers chemical fertilizers are being used. Use of such fertilizers not only harm in growth of crops but also on the fruits they blooms. When we consume such fruits and vegetables then we are also indirectly affected by it. Our ancestors used wastage of domestic animals as natural fertilizers. That’s also one of the reasons why they used to be healthy.

We are in hurry to reach our office as soon as we finish our break fast. So we choose our breakfast from packets, junk foods and chemical mix foods so that we can save more time and in the name of saving time we are not caring about health. Our office is located in such place where sun rarely visits. Reason behind increment in VITAMIN D deficiency cases is deprived of sunlight. Sunlight is the only way of consuming VITAMIN D which nature has provided us for free.

Our body secrete hormone for our sleep. When it get dark our body realizes and starts to secrete. But we spent almost most of our time in bright area. So, our brain gets confuse when to secrete sleeping hormone. Fluctuation in this hormone disturbs our sleep. “Six hour sleep is necessary” almost people say that but Enough sleep is necessary. Enough sleep here refers to how deep sleep is not how long. In order to get such good and sound sleep we have to step with nature.

If we change our lifestyle as per nature then 95% of us will be healthy. We need to change our eating pattern, we need to change our exercise pattern. Not only this much we should flow with the wave of Nature. Instead of changing our lifestyle we are depending on medicine.
