BEIJING, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) --
China and the United States have agreed to accelerate the bilateral investment
treaty negotiations and will work hard to achieve agreements on core issues and
major provisions by the end of this year.
The two countries also agreed to start negotiations on negative list in 2015, according to a statement released after a meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama here on Wednesday.
