Kathmandu, Nov 7: The Commission for
Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case of corruption
against assistant manager of the Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) at Special Court,
Friday.
CIAA filed the case against Manoj
Kumar Aryal, assistant manager of the NBL Department of Human Resource
Management, at the Court on the charge of submitting fake certificate of the
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) to enter the bank service.
The CIAA investigation has proved
Aryal's certificate received from Bihar Intermediate Education Council, India,
in 1988 and submitted at the Bank was a fake certificate.
Similarly, the CIAA filed cases
against Chairman of the school management committee Kamal Prasad Jaisawal, and
Principal Shanker Prasad Sah, and teacher Dinesh Patel of the Nepal Rastriya
Primary School, and School Resource Person Ram Sundar Yadav of Bara district on
Friday itself.
