Kapilvastu, Nov 22: Former Minister for
Information and Communications and Agriculture, Raghavendra Pratap Shah, passed
away Friday. He was 80.
Shah of Bahadurgunj died at Neera
Hospital at Lucknow, India, in course of treatment. According to the family
source, Shah, who was suffering from cardiac arrest, died due to this.
Born in 1992, Shah became Minister for
Information and Communications during Panchyat regime and district president
for five times.
Last rites of Shah would be performed at
a local Surai river this evening, it is learnt. He is survived by a wife, a son
and four daughters. RSS
