Traffic police removing bus Hoods

            Myagdi, Nov 17: In a bid to reduce road accidents, the traffic police here have launched a campaign to remove bus hoods. Reasoning that the overload on the hood, bus got accidents, the police began the drive.

According to the District Traffic Police Office, the vehicles as taxi, jeep, pickup, bus which were being run breaching the transportation management regulation 2054 were asked to immediately remove the hoods.

The Office further said that fifteen vehicles have so far removed the hoods. The regulation has however permitted hoods in the bus. RSS
