Lahan, Nov 17: The family of
Siraha-based missing transport entrepreneur Guru Dayal Mahat is in a great
distress as his whereabouts is still unknown.
Mahat was believed to be kidnapped near
from the local Amadaha bridge of Kadarbona along the East-West Highway in the
evening of last Saturday as he was returning to home after dropping off the
passengers in Biratnagar, Morang. Mahat, a resident of Lahan Municipality-3,
Siraha himself drove his vehicle (Tata Sumo) to Biratnagar, according to the
family source.
His vehicle ( Ko 1 Cha 6641) was found
in a state of neglect near the bridge, his elder brother Ram Dayal said. Deputy Superintendent of Police Gyanendra
Prasad Phuyal of Area Police Office, Lahan said the police have intensified
