Dhunche (Rasuwa), Dec 2: Nepali visitors to Kerung, the transit point
of China, would not be permitted to stay there at night.
According to the chief of Immigration
Office, Rasuwagadhi, Surendra Pradhan, Nepali visitors out of Rasuwa district
are provided permission to visit the Chinese town for only one day through this
transit point; therefore, they have to return Nepal in the evening. But this
provision would not be applied for Rasuwa district dwellers.
Similarly the traders and truck
operators could easily move to the both Nepal-China sites after holding
permission from the authority concerned, Pradhan said.
However, the foreign tourists who are on
Nepal visit except those from Iraq, Afghanistan and Ghana would get permission
to visit the Chinese territory with the coordination of Nepal and China
immigration offices, Pradhan added. RSS
