In course of the ongoing 16
day campaign against gender based violence, the Shakti Samuha and Solve Nepal
jointly organized an interaction in the capital city on Friday where the
speakers said youths could be mobilized to check human trafficking.
Chairperson of Shakti Samuha,
Sunita Danuwar, and an official from the Ministry of Women, Children and Social
Welfare, Shova Kharel, said only effective mobilization of youths could foil
the social maladies as human trafficking.
Similarly, advocate Tikaram
Pokhrel pointed out a need that the government could take special initiative to
combat human trafficking which is being committed within the country too. RSS
