Viral fever cases up with cold

 Khotang, Dec 5: The District Hospital Khotang has seen rise of patients suffering from viral fever with temperature going down.

            Daily around 150 patients are visiting hospital for treatment with the fall in mercury since mid-November, said Dr Madhav Prasad Lamsal of District Hospital Khotang.

            Children and elderly people are the most affected from viral fever. There has been dearth of beds with most of the viral fever patients coming to the hospital are being treated after admission, said the hospital sources. RSS
