Damini case has taught us great and good lesson. As society is the mirror of the people let us make a good and prosperous society. We are the intelligence person in this world but we are behaving like animal and we are not ashamed of it. We have to keep in mind what our future generation will learn from us if we go on repeating such kind of rape case again and again. Our future generation will gain improper lesson. They will get confuse to separate sex and rape . Yes, sex is essential but where and when is important. Sex is done between two opposite gender but if any one gender forces to have it and the other one is not willing to do it then its rape. We should  make our further generation able to separate what is sex and what is rape?

BUSY DAYS

Nowadays I m quite busy.. No time to write even blog. World is ending up today. HAHAHAHAHA nonsense
But will end one day its sure so why to worry. One day all of us have to leave this world..

Public Toilet

       I was going to my office. On the way I was in emergency that I have to go to toilet. In Kathmandu. I was at the location near Balkumari. I searched for the toilet nearby but couldn't find any public toilet over there. Then I remembered my Government and I remembered our politician. Why everyone hasn't care about this kind of problem. I am not the only one who is facing this kind of problem. I hope everyone is facing this kind of function.

       I would request all of our Nepalese people let do something in order to built public toilet here and there nearby, where movement of people is more. In order to be healthy all of us have to excrete as soon as possible. If we aren't conscious now when we will be so please let's grab attention of our government towards this issue. 

HEART DAY

These days people are not aware of heart diseases. Let's do exercise and have healthy food and also yoga in order to save our heart. Our heart is our life.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE

Let's say it's 6.15pm and you're going home (alone of course),after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!!

NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE..

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.

A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.

The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Unsafe Sky

Our country Nepal's sky is not safe. The plane that takes off and crashes within a few minutes then how can any one be secure traveling through sky.

To meet with an accident the first casuse is of the pilot. Yes for any accident the driver is responsible. Similarly in aeroplane also the case is same.

I am in a confusion that why the causes of the accident doesn't come out. If the causes comes out then all of the people will be clear.

Nepal is using the aeroplane that is of low quality this is the also reason why the accident occurs. Curroption occurs within the political parties and due to which the the accident occurs. People buys the goods of low quality and the we are facing such kind of accidents.

Please check more than twice before flying this is the 74 th aeroplance aacident that nepal has faced.

INTERNATIONAL PEACE DAY SEPTEMBER 21

World peace day 2012 . I would like to wish everyone to be in peace.  Everyone in this world wants to be in PEACE

Today every nation is trying to maintain peace in one side whereas other are trying to disturb that peace. Outside they speak peace is needed but inside they are themselves creating the environment of disturbance. They are collecting taxes from the poor people are investing that on armys and others security. Everyday we can hear the news of different countries launching different kinds of misiles for testing how much is its capacity for destroying. This kind of power showing performance shows that every country are equal to fight against each other. 

How to maintain peace?
     In my opinion in order to maintain peaceful environment every individual should be in state of peace. Nowadays everyone are moving here and there with pressure. Their pressure have to be thrown out in order to be in peaceful state. It's not me who releases their pressure its them they have to help themselves to minimize their pressure. When a man want to remain in the state of peacefulness he develops the though of peaceful. As we know same thought attracts each other and when these thoughts are attached in huge number the whole mass or the whole world can be in peaceful.

BIRTH- BABY(INFANT)-CHILD-ADULT-MAN-OLD- DEATH

As usual I went to office. Today its Monday and I will be busy this day. While  I was working I saw a newspaper named HIMAL and it was a fresh copy. At first I thought of just to look at the headlines but when my eyes caught a article of old people I started reading. I went on reading and found out that today's generation is forgetting their duties towards parents. Nepalese society is upgrading from joint family to single family. In this scenario old parents are thrown out whereas the children are being hunted by lonliness.

Life is a cycle of birth to death. There are different phases, child, adult, man and old age. Parents give birth to us and spend their whole life to bring us up. We are forgetting our duties towards them. I read an example. An old person name Shambhu Prasad Acharaya (74) spend all his life for improvement of the children. The loan he has taken for the marriage ceremony of his children he cleared it from his retired money. His son convinced him to buy a new house by selling the old one but they bought only land and house hasn't been built yet. If they built house they have to keep their parents so they aren't building house.
From above example we can know parent in the old age are being burden. Are they really burden? If we don't care them who will care them?

Our parents gives birth to us. They help us to grow up. After certain time we also give birth to child. If we treat our parents negatively the child also grabs the same kind of tradition. In such condition how can we except a good response from our child as we have shown them our response towards our parents. They will catch the trend how to treat the old age parents in the same way we are treating our parents now. In future, in our old age if we want to be treated nicely we have to treat our parents nicely now.

Our parents are experienced than us. When they are  at house although they cannot do any hard work they can give the child moral lesson and help them develop their habits. The children shouldn't face the problem of   loneliness as they will be touch with their grand parents. Grand parents will be there to look after them.

There has bee a drastic change in life style of Nepalease Society. Today's generation doesn't want to take care of the old parents. Both the husband and wife works there is no time for parents. They don't have enough time to look after their children so they leave their children to the kinder garden school and go to work. If we don't take out some of our time towards our family there occurs a big gap and we shouldn't make such gap. Old parents are our heritage. We should respect them preserve them.
