Kathmandu, Nov. 16: As many as two thousand Buddhist
followers of Mahayani family have received 'atmiya ayush Buddha's abhisek'
(blessing with sprinkle of holy water for longevity) at Seto monastery of
Bouddha in the capital city on Saturday.
Chief guru at the monastery, Chholing Rinpochhe, provided
the abhisek as per the special ritual. On the occasion, he said human life is
very short, so one needs to give up anger, jealousy and hankering for the human
