Kalaiya, Nov 18: Madhesi Janaadhikar
Forum-Nepal (MJF-N) Chairperson Upendra Yadav has asserted that the ruling
parties Nepali Congress and CPN-UML could not guarantee the Madhesi people
rights claiming that Nepal's constitution would not be promulgated by January
22.
Chairperson Yadav said this at a
programme organized by MJF-N here on Monday to welcome newcomers to his party.
On the occasion, MJF-Republic's central
member duo Ram Kishor Yadav and Pawan Kanu, central general secretary of
National Madhes Socialists Pramod Gupta, acting secretary Anawar Onsari, Nepal
Sadbhavana Party's central member Prakash Chaumai had quit their parties to
join MJF-N. RSS
