Dahal's dual standard a problem for nation: Bhandari



Birendranangar, Nov 15: CPN (UML) Vice-chairwoman Bidhya Devi Bhandari has said that her party was for promulgating the new constitution by January 22 at any cost.

Inaugurating the party district convention in Surkhet on Saturday, Bhandari accused the UCPN (Maoist) of disturbing the ongoing constitution writing process. "But, the UML is committed to writing a federal democratic constitution," she claimed.

Bhandari said UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has the divided mentality whether to choose the parliament or arms, and the people would further suffer from such practices.


UML central leader Yamlal Kandel, district committee chairman Nabraj Rawat, lawmakers Ammar Bahadur Thapa, Laxmi Narayan Sharma and others expressed their opinions. RSS
