Kathmandu,
Nov 12: The Hello Sarkar desk set up at the Office of the Prime Minister and
Council of Ministers has so far received a total of 33,200 complaints.
The complaints
are since that of the inception of desk on November 3, 2011.
Among these,
96 percent (31,875) were addressed, said Secretary at the OPMCM, Shanta Raj
Subedi.
Most of the
complaints were relating to the Home Ministry while the Education Ministry was
in the second to have complaints and the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local
Development the third.

Sarkar desk set up to directly hear
people's complaints not only collects complaints but also addresses itself or
transfer to the concerned bodies for addressing. RSS
