Kathmandu, Nov 12: The Kumari Bank Ltd
has decided to distribute 33 per cent bonus shares to its share holders.
The 14th annual general meeting of the Bank
held today under the chairmanship of Noor Pratap J B Rana, Chairman of the
Bank, took the decision in this regard.
The paid-up capital of the Bank has
reached Rs 2.43 billion in the fiscal year 2070/71 BS year from Rs 1.82 billion
in the fiscal year 2069/70 BS.
The Bank had mobilized Rs 25.31 billion
deposit in the previous fiscal year and Rs 27.57 billion deposit in the last
fiscal year.
Similarly, the Bank recorded a net
profit of Rs 341 million in the last fiscal year. The Bank has 25 branches outside the
Kathmandu valley and nine in the valley with two extension counters and 40 ATM
