Kathmandu, Nov 9: Critic,
journalists and politicians have commented that the Lekhak Duniya (Writer's World) penned by journalist Ashok Silwal is
a historical literary document. The book has dwelt upon the reflections of
senior litterateur Dhruba Chandra Gautam.
The speakers at an interaction on
'Lekhak Duniya and Future Nepali Writing' organized by the Ghost Writing Nepal
on Saturday, stressed that the book has given further energy to writing. Time
has come to promote reflections as an established genre, they reiterated.
On the occasion, politician Baldip
Pravakar Chamling, journalist Shyam Rimal, and literati Thakur Belbse, Byakul
Pathak, Achyut Koirala, Shreedhar Neupane, Nawaraj Adhikari and Asim Khanal
stressed the need to produce books on the reflections of giant literary
figures. It has great potential indeed, they added.
Journalist
Sekhar Kharel said the conversation Bhola Chatterji had with BP and various
other literary figures with Shankar Lamichhane have been a very good literary
piece. The Lekhak Duniya has vividly and thoroughly brought forth the entire
information on senior writer Gautam.
Similarly, journalist Swagat Nepal
said now the literature lovers could initiate the discussion on whether the
writing on the reflections of colossal figure was a new genre.
Writer Silwal said the literature
hereafter could catch the reality and address time.
Representative of the Ghost Writing,
Kamal Dhakal, said they published the book of new genre taking risk.
The second edition of the book is
