Rights of all communities would be enssured in new constitution: CA chair Nembang

Kathmnadu, Nov 16: Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly (CA) Subas Chandra Nembang is commmitted to ensure the rights of the indegenious  nationalities, Women, Madhesi and marginalized group in a new constitution today.

  

               While receiving a memorandum submitted by the  Kanu Society Nepal, CA Chairman Nembang, said that the new constitution would be promulgated soon for ensuring the rights of all marginalized and suppressed groups.

The society urged the CA chair Nembang to include the Kanu, Kandu, Kandoi, Kanojiya, Maghiya and Goth castes in the highly backward indegenioes groups.

The society chair Hari Prasad Sah and lawmaker Urmila Devi Sah including other representatives submittedd the memorandum to the CA chair. RSS
