Three parties lackadaisical for new constitution: Leader Tamang

Damak, Nov 8: General Secretary of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Buddhi Man Tamang has said that the country was in crisis due to the sluggish activities of the three major political parties.

Talking to media persons at Damak, Jhapa today, leader Tamang said that Nepal is a multi-ethnic, multi religious and multi cultural country therefore; it should be mentioned as a religious one in a new constitution. 

He further said that a new constitution should be promulgated on slated time at any cost.    

New constitution should be drafted after forging consensus if it was possible, otherwise it should be finalized through voting process, according to leader Tamang. The new constitution is essential to end current political deadlock, he stressed. RSS
