Kathmandu, Dec 26: Chairman of the
Constituent Assembly (CA), Subas Nembang, has said that the new constitution
could be promulgated on coming January 22 through fast track if major political
parties want.

parties do not want to forge consensus on the disputed issues of the
constitution.
Receiving the eight-point memorandum
submitted by the Professional Alliance for Peace and Democracy (PAPAD) here

failed to forge consensus and which thing is obstructing them to forge
consensus.

forge consensus on the contentious issues of the new constitution immediately
in view of commitment made before people and country's need. Parties have no
time to make delay for the same. Consensus needed immediately."
