Biratnagar, Dec 1:Two persons
were killed in separate road accidents in Morang and Udaypur on Sunday.
Tikaram Poudel, 35, died when
his motorcycle (Ko 17 Pa 3863) was hit by a truck (Na 3 Kha 7796) at Koshi
Haraicha Municipality of Morang along the East-West Highway. The accident
occurred in the evening of Sunday, the eastern regional police office, Biratnagar
said. He was the resident of the same locality and died in course of treatment
at Biratnagar-based Golden Hospital.
Similarly, Sukimaya Tamang, of
Katari-7, Udaypur died when a motorcycle (Sa 4 Pa 8540) hit her at
Katari-Ghurmi section. She breathed her last on the way to Biratnagar for
treatment. The police have arrested motorcyclist Bishal Sunuwar, 22. RSS
