13: Ambassador of South Korea to Nepal, Choe Yong-jin, has said
a capable leadership and continuous hard work were necessary for the economic
development.
Inaugurating the second
general convention of the Ankur Nepal, an organisation of the Nepalis returned
from South Korea after employment, here on Thursday, Ambassador Choe said the
South Korea was able to make the country prosperous by formulating development
projects on the basis of suggestions of experts and with continuous hard work.
Nepal was very rich in
natural resources, he said, adding that the country could make a stride soon if
it got capable leadership and plans.
The Korean
Ambassador said his country has now been competing with the developed
countries, and added that Nepali migrant workers have also a role in
infrastructure development of Korea.
Ambassador
Choe said the diplomatic relations established between Nepal and Korea 40 years
ago is very friendly.
Similarly, Lee
Dong Sirk, Human Resource Director
at the Korea EPS Centre in
Nepal, said Nepali workers are in the first choice of Korean employment
providers as they are very dedicated and honest.
Different
people including Chief of EPS Centre Nepal, Dilli Banstola and Chairman of
Rupandehi Industry Association, Bonin Piya, expressed their views at the
programme chaired by Ankur Nepal Chairman Gambhir Gurung. RSS
