Dadeldhura,
Nov 15: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP)-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa has blamed
that the three big parties were acting as a syndicate and frustrating the
atmosphere for timely constitution.
At
a news conference organised here today, Chairman Thapa, who arrived here this
morning in course of a campaign launched by the party for building a Hindu
state, claimed that the constitution drafting process has been obstructed due
to negligence of three major parties.
He
said, "The major parties have taken the Constituent Assembly (CA) in
indecision and fooled people."
Moreover,
the Chairman said it would not take time to promulgate the new constitution if
contentious issues of the constitution are finalized through voting in CA.
Stressing
the need of settling the disputed issues through CA, the RPP-Nepal Chairman
said bargaining was on to stick to the power in the name of consensus.
He
also requested CA Chairman Subas Nembang to immediately call a full meeting of
the CA. RSS
