Kathmandu, Nov 19: A book 'Manbhitra Mero Nepal' authored by
Gyanendra Prasad Adhikari has been made public amid a programme in the capital
on Wednesday.
The book has discussed about Nepali
national anthem, importance of teacher, duties and fundamental rights of a
citizen and religious belief, among others.
Minister for Information and
Communications Dr Minendra Rijal made public the book amid a function and said
the book has highlighted special features of the country and added it would
play vital role to further boost Nepali culture and natural heritages in the
world.
Speaking at the programme Minister
Dr Rijal stressed on national economic prosperity after promulgating a new
constitution on time. The political parties were making homework to this
effect, he added.
Litterateurs Bijay Bajimaya and
Pradeep Nath Pyakurel said the book has live presentation of country's reality.
They said patriotic feeling and willingness to devote efforts for country's
development would grow when citizens
have unity and social harmony.
Cultural expert Jagaman Gurung said it is the shared responsibility of
all citizens to think about nation's development.
