Nov 11: Senior Vice-chairman of the Terai Madhesh Loktantrik Party Hridayesh
Tripathi said the joint proposal brought by Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) on
the most debated issues of the Constituent Assembly (CA) has come out of the CA
process.
Talking to the
journalists in Bhairahawa on Tuesday, he said the views and proposals could be
different between the political parties but the disputed issues of the
Constitution should be taken in the CA through Constitutional Political
Dialogue and Consensus Committee.
Leader
Tripathi stressed on the need of promulgating the constitution through
consensus though the Nepali Congress and UML have two thirds majority in
numeric calculation.
He warned of
the rise of a new political force if the constitution was promulgated through a
